Elyse began her career managing productions for ABC, History, and Food Network while simultaneously building her boutique baking business out of some of NYC's top restaurant kitchens. Merging her interests in production and food, she founded Canteen and has produced spots for a range of brands and top ad agencies. In her off-time, you can find her exploring the mountains and teaching herself how to grill.
Erik Dettlé
Partner / Director
Erik is a commercial Director/DP with a background in documentary filmmaking and high-speed cinematography. His work has been seen on networks and at festivals around the world while his commercial work has earned awards for collaborations with brands such as Starbucks, Budweiser, Stella Artois, and Red Robin. When he's not on set, you can find him getting his hands dirty one way or another, from perfecting recipes in the kitchen, to wrenching on motorcycles.
Judy Linden
Director of Sales & Biz Dev
Judy is a sales & management professional working with Fortune 500 agencies and brands. Notable collaborators include TBWA\Chiat\Day, Goodby Silverstein, Mars, Nestle, Corona, Apple, and Google and has been a featured speaker at Apple about CGI production. She enjoys going to LA farmer’s markets to source organic produce, but still misses her NY pizza and bagels.
We love what we do! Shooting gorgeously stacked burgers and flowing chocolate gets us excited to jump outta bed every morning. But we also acknowledge that some practices in the tabletop industry can exacerbate current food and health related concerns affecting our communities.
So, we’re committed to being part of the solution.
